Each condo unit is housed in a concrete building with sturdy measures built to last and withstand stormy weather. Units offer floorplans ranging from a studio suite up to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every unit features its own private covered lanai with views overlooking the courtyard, pool, and the ocean beyond or overlooking the beach directly. 

Condo association dues are sometimes rumored to be a bit steep, but this is because they cover pretty much everything that you need in your vacation property. Dues cover the costs of air conditioning, electricity, water, pest control, TV, WiFi, trash, all maintenance and repair of common areas, upkeep of grounds and amenities, gas, and liability, flood, and hurricane insurance. No pets are allowed at this vacation property.

About the Beach

When people hear the words Honokowai Beach they automatically assume you are talking about the Honokowai Public Beach Park. This beach is well-known as a great family-friendly beach near the town of Lanai. It features a grassy area perfect for grabbing some great food at one of the many spots nearby and having a picnic without having to go out into the sand. Those who do venture down to the beach shore and get into the water will find an often calmer surf that is easier for young swimmers (though the bottom is a bit rough with the reef). 

Just south of the public beach area are the vacation properties of Kaanapali and Kaanapali Shores is just two vacation resort communities away from the public beach access. This makes for a nice quiet buffer with the closest access to Honokawai Beach. Owners and guests benefit from being within walking distance of the great restaurants in the area, a local spa, moped rentals, and supermarkets.
