Right on the Kaanapali Kai Golf Course along the 4th, 5th, 6th, 14th, and 15th fairways, This community of homes built between 1971 and 1978 is as close to the golfing as you can get. It is located on the mountainside of the Honoapillani Highway offering lush greenery all around. 

Vintage at Kaanapali

If you are looking for a low-maintenance condo right on the golf course fairways this is a great community to consider. Vintage offers 73 detached condo homes that are more like single-family properties with plenty of living space between 1,727 square feet and 2,723 square feet. Pinnacle at Kaanapali

Right next to the 8th fairway of Kaanapali Kai is Pinnacle. It is named for its high elevation which gives one of the best opportunities to enjoy ocean and golf views. Pinnacle is a custom luxury single-housing community offering spacious large homes between 3,200 square feet and 7,700 square feet. 

Royal Kaanapali Estates

Tucked into the Kaanapali Golf Course is a quiet and private enclave of luxury golf homes. This community has only 16 properties that rarely go on the market. When a listing comes available here it is advised to act quickly. 

Pinapple Hill at Kapalua

This private gated community is made up of two smaller enclaves located in the center of the Kapalua Resort. Mahana Estates at Kapalua

Overlooking the golf course and just above Oneloa Beach this community of luxury condos is peaceful and nicely located. Amenities include two heated pools, tennis courts, and a shuttle service to nearby amenities. There is a great management team offering social events on-site. The community offers one and two-bedroom condos.
